Join us for a hands-on workshop to practice self-defense simulations meant to test your skills with a real offender.

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you would wear for a normal workout.

Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to check-in, meet the instructor and get settled.

You’ll meet your Battle Woman® instructor who will help you get set up for class.
