Memberships & Group Classes
Ongoing practice and development of fundamental skills is critical in self-defense training which is why we offer a variety of in-person training options in Boulder, Colorado (see schedule) as well as on demand training with our training app.
Designed to Keep your tools sharp and increase performance. Group classes also provide a unique opportunity to learn alongside others at various stages of their personal journey. It’s about connection and knowing you aren’t alone.
Group classes are for all ages, skill and fitness levels.
No prior experience is necessary.
No special equipment is required.
Receiving individualized attention is a great opportunity to focus on specific areas of concern outside of the regular group class setting. Private and semi-private training programs are designed for clients who want a customized approach to achieve their unique self-defense and fitness goals. This program provides the flexibility for those who have a busy schedule and prefer to work at their own pace.

How To Prepare For Your First Group Class
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you would wear for a normal workout.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to check-in, meet the instructor and get settled.
Meet Your Instructor
You’ll meet your Battle Woman™ instructor who will help you get set up for class.
